This SECTION describes the structure of the QuickBus Browser Screen.

Reports and documents (such as Quotes) do not follow this structure.
This is done to avoid unecessary details being shown when printing a screen ( R/Click mouse and Print )
or when eMailing a document. These action buttons are located at the bottom of the screen.

Clicking on the (Help Buttons) will open a new Browser screen.
This is the Task Menu :  
1. The -Info- SECTION only has one task available: -SELECT- which returns to this screen.
2. To get out of this SECTION choose another action button from the Master Menu above.
3. This panel is displayed at the top, below the Master Menu, and at the bottom of
the browser screen in case the Working panel is very large.

4. The Task Menu provides action buttons for ALL the available actions that can be taken NOW.
This is the INFORMATION panel :
1. And provides details of errors and general information about actions taken.
2. This panel will display ERRORS only if this setting is chosen from the
EDIT PARMS task within the AdMin SECTION ( not available in DEMO ).
3. Otherwise it often displays information about what QuickBus has done
as a result of the last action requested. Such as confirming that an ADDRESS RECORD
has been updated as requested.

This is the WORKING panel :

1. All the actions that are requested from the Task Menus are carried out in this panel.
2. QuickBus has been programmed to be conversational and logical which means that
every further action that is possible for the action requested thus far is available
in this panel. Wherever possible the current status or relevant data is also shown.
Check all the information displayed to ensure that the next action is the desired one.
3. The Help buttons have been placed at any point where the question - What is .... ?
may be asked. Else click on the nearest Help Button to see if help is at hand.
The Help button opens a NEW browser screen so that you can return to the working screen
by closing the Help Screen provided without affecting the working screen.

Once Customers, Addresses, Buses and Drivers have been loaded to your QuickBus the objective is to be able to control the day to day operations of the business and ENSURE that all customer requiremnts are met on time.
The day to day operations are controlled from a WorkSheet = The Daily Diary
The Daily Diary consists of ALL the JOBS in start-time order for a specific day.
The JOBs are created automatically ( as is all of the Customer accounting information ) by completing ALL the details which are contained on the Planning Sheet.
The Planning Sheet is available by selecting an existing (provisional) Booking.
A NEW (Provisional) Booking is created by running -Booking- / -NEW- from the Master Menu and selecting the appropriate Customer, PickUp Address and Destination Address from the lists provided.

The Planning Sheet provides the ability to edit the Provisional Booking so that that every aspect of the Customers requirements can be satisfied. This includes the ITINERARY TABLE, which is optional, and is a detailed breakdown of a multi-stop trip and provides the ability to cost out a complex job for quotations.
ALL Customer requirements are catered for ( QUOTES, INVOICES, ITINERAY, STATEMENTS ) and in addition the Booking can be executed on behalf of a CLIENT ( assuming that the CLIENT will pay for the costs of the Booking ) or allocated to a SUB-CONTRATOR for execution.
